An urban loft with lots of space, high ceilings, and natural light needs a different design approach, especially when it comes to furniture and its layout. For this SoHo client, I chose a blocky leather couch and heavy glass coffee tables to ground the environment. Light furniture would look too flimsy. The kitchen has higher countertops and extra high wall cabinets to fill the vertical space. The contemporary condo is complemented by a spacious terrace overlooking the city.
